This one looks like some kind of “Puller” but I am Not a Watchmaker so Please use the photo’s for the description of this item. The Brass knurled round piece on the bottom turns easily which makes the center piece by the date & makers name go up & down. The other two pieces on each side of the center tool are spring loaded, you can unscrew one of the screws on the side to adjust those “prongs or fingers” to any position. Made by Hardinge Bros.
