here is a very nice little solid silver vase. I just can’t figure where it’s from or how old it is. I’ve had pieces with a dot in the center that were made in south America from the 1600-1700’s from the old missions but I don’t have the history of this piece. It has all kinds of animals including lions and tigers along with several tents and what look to be knights or people with robes and capes. There may be a boat which might be an ark and a ladder which could be the story of Noah. The silver tests to be about 80% solid silver with silver testing acid and it shows a nice creamy white with 18k on a test streak on a black testing stone. The size is about 3 1/2″ tall, nearly 3 1/2″ in diameter with a weight of 127.2 grams. There are several carbon spots and imperfections at the seam where it was joined when it was made.
shipping will be with the tracking and insurance. I never charge anything extra for packaging or shipping supplies and I always try to use 100% post consumer recycled products when possible.

the photo of the green and red bird is my Bobo. She got out of the door and into the snow and ice Sunday 1/31/10 for 6 1/2 hours when she froze to death. She was only 18 years old and been with me since she was 2 months old. If you have a bird you love, please make sure you keep the wings trimmed so they can’t fly away. This is a warning so you don’t have the same thing happen. She will be in my listings with my little boy Dinky that I lost a several years earlier. I am a big cry baby when it comes to my birds. If you feel like making fun of me for putting my birds in my listings, watch out, I bite hard. I love my babies.
the new bird under Bobo is Peanut. I got her on 2-4-10 to help bring a little happiness back to my life. So far she has been a great bird and she soaks up all the loving I’ve been giving her. This is the newest photo of her and you can see how she is turning into a beautiful little girl!
