This auction is for an antique Victorian pin. It is made from an oval dics of mottled brown natural agate set in a (tested) sterling silver mount. This has a light engraved decoration of scrolls, chevrons and lines. The pin measures 2 and 3/8” by 1 and 3/4” and has a ‘C’ clasp. The agate is in very good condition with no cracks. The sterling is testing positive but bears no mark, not uncommon with Victorian jewelry.
