This auction is for a great vintage, if not antique cotton quilt fabric ~ perfect for the collector, quilter, crafters or the seamstress. This and other items we now have listed have been purchased at the recent rural Kansas estate auction. This fabric:
great vintage cotton fabric that surely dates to the late 1800s or very early 1900s
printed not woven
is printed with tiny flowers or foliage in shades of white and cheddar on dark navy blue
smooth tight weaveappears to have never been used
dark navy blue ground topped with ivory white and yellow cheddar
color shade is accurate on my monitor
great fabric
rare find!measures 36 inches wide (2 selvages) by 1/2 yard
this fabric has been folded and stored for yearno flaws noted
perfect for many projects or quilt restoration projects
straight from the auction ~ I have not laundered
no odors noted
great for many projects!
