Superb Fine Quality ANTIQUE 1800’s Austrian Oxbone Monocular ~ Signed Wien
Offered for sale is this superb, fine quality, antique, monocular eyeglass. This is a very grand item, appears Austrian, the lense is engraved with ? then Wien, covered with oxbone, gilt metal mounts.
The lense is in good condition, but has some dust particles trapped.
They measure 4 inches in length approx. [NOT extended]. This is a susbstantial and fairly heavy item.
Please see the photos for condition. The condition is very good used antique order. Lense is in good order, some minor scratch marks and trapped dust particles. The oxbone has some hairline cracks to a few places and a chip to the eye socket edge. Some minor age discolouration to the oxbone. Extending part is a little loose. One of a few similar items listed this week.
