A lovely old early Chiltern teddy bear, 23 inches tall with original stitched nose, mouth and claws. His eyes are probably replacement glass eyes and his hand pads have been recovered in the past, his foot pads being original with a little wear. He still has plenty of gold mohair and he has a squeaker no longer squeaking in his tum. Teddy wears his old vest with dungarees and a pair of antique heavy leather boots, which have obviously never been worn and may have been made as miniature samples. Teddy is very helpful and likes nothing better than pushing his teddy friend in the pram. This auction is for Chiltern teddy and his outfit only and does not include the other teddy or pram in the photographs.
