This is a stunning vintage French large
Sauté frying pan tin lined professional standard
with copper lid this has a wooden knob on the top
A rolled top edge for easy pouring
The metal handle is fixed with rivets to the copper sauté pan
It was very dirty and tarnished when l found it

I have given it a good clean and polished the copper
Now it looks stunning
You can see the quality of the copper that was use
it is 455mm 17.75inches long
From the handle 230mm 9inches across
The pan 75mm 3inches deep
A ideal pan for braising, for steaks, chops,
Spanish omelettes, and bacon and eggs, crepes pancakes,
deep frying pan a multi-use pan
It has a few marks and some scratches on
The copper has a little wear on the tin lining
This is normal pans that has been in use for years
It is fine to use
It is fine to use a ideal addition to add to any
Cooper pans you may have
It is a multi-use pan
Would look stunning hanging in any kitchen
