This is a nice little antique Mardi Gras souvenir. It does show signs of wear and age, but it should , it’s an old item. I don’t know what type metal it’s made of . It says Carnival on one handle, New Orleans on the other handle and REX 1903 on the front. It has crowns on top of each handle. It has most of the gold tone finish on the outside but a lot of the gold tone is missing inside. This item is 3 inches tall and 4.5 inches from handle to handle.
