This is a Waltham zero size (35mm across) Ladies pocket/pendant Stem wind and Set dated 1898, ……. 114 years old …….with a diamond in a 14 K solid rose Star in the cover. The case is superb, has no jewelers marks inside the rear cover. This watch is pristine. There are no dents with minor scratches. The covers work perfectly & very tight . There is no wear. The glass crystal looks new. The single sunk porcelain extra fancy dial is without damage. The dial has rubies between each number and in the center of the flowers, 12# in all although I do not know if they are actually stones or not. The movement is running fine and keeping great time.There is a inscription on the inside cover (W C B to E V C 1900)
This watch was appraised in 2006 for $1300.00.
