This is an Amber colored Pattern Glass Figural Toothpick Holder . I do not know who made it . It is designed as a Hand Holding A Liberty Torch . It remains in and exhibits a gorgeous Deep Amber color ( Please note the images that I posted with this listing ) . It measures 4 inches tall by 2 inches in diameter at the base . It has come to me from a local estate along with many other , similar , Antique / Vintage Toothpick Holders and other pieces of Antique / Vintage glass . I will be selling all of it here on over the next few weeks as time permits ( I will be pleased to combine multiple purchases into one package in order to save on shipping costs ) .
