Superb and in great vintage condition, this beautiful Art Deco glass powder bowl is just gorgeous – with a stunning guilloche faux enamel pattern in a sunburst effect to the top, in a beautiful golden colour – the top is set to a chrome, with a high polish steel mirror set to the inner top (showing signs of age, but useable), it measures c. 3.5″ inch (8.8cm) dia to the top diameter of the bowl – very nice, standing c. 2.3/4″ inch tall – the crystal glass is of particular nice quality, marked made in England, with a wonderful swirl pattern, thick and in excellent order – originally these lovely powder bowls would have had a powder puff , now I think they are perfect for popping cotton wool balls into, or even for little bits of jewellery on the dressing table – very pretty, genunine art deco piece and a gorgeous colour this will not disappoint!/
