on offer is a rare early solid silver pair case pocket watchthe intricate verge movement is signed Jos Hardin London it has square pillars and looks fantasticthe case is hallmarked London and assayed 1776 so this watch is around 236 years oldthe condition throughout is excellent, there are just a couple of very minor dents, no damage at all to the dial and it looks like it still has the original bulls eye glassthe outer case measures approx 48mm in diameter, the inner case approx 40mm and the dial is approx 38mmit weighs 109.4 gramsthis isn’t currently working, I’m no expert with watches though can see the balance wheel isn’t free so some attention at least is requiredas the cases and dial are in such good condition, once repaired this will be a super watch for any collection and will surely rise in value quickly as these 18th century watches are becoming rare postage will be special next day deliveryavailable from only 99p with no reserve so highest bid wins!thanks for looking…
