My treasures have been used, and are in used condition From a Priest estate sale in Rochester, NY He was also a Chaplain In the service and Fire Co Priest Antique Rare Highly Collectable Chaplain Field Mass Kit Professional Gear This is an extremely rare and highly collectable case It is a field Mass kit Professional Gear It is complete plus loads of extra’s This Priest added to the kit The case has His name on it C Charles Bachmaan Chaplain USNR? 445580 Professional Gear The case is 13 1/2" by 18 3/4" by 6 1/2" There is a lock but, the key was not found Could have a lock smith make one for you The case inside is a red velvet There is a top of the case with a drop down shelf The vestments and altar clothes were in there Then when you lifted the shelf All the Mass contents were there There is wax on the velvet that could be cleaned But, I left as found Inside the case is: Communion set There are no marking on any of these There is a: IHS plate. The size is 5 3/8" across. There is a communion cup. The size is 7" tall and 3 1/4". There is a set of candle holder. Weighted bottoms. They are 5" tall. There are also four used candles There is a cross the size is 10 1/2" tall and base is 3 5/8" across There is also a tube with capes on both ends that remove I though it was a sprinkler for Holy Water But, I don’t think it would hold water Maybe it is a Host holder. The size is 11" tall and 1 1/2" across under the caps There is a glass Holy Water bottle with sprinkler cap The size is 4 1/4" tall and 2 1/2" wide There is a barwood standing crucifix The size is 6" tall There is a box of Absorbent cotton There is also a Sacred Heart prayer badge Then there is two bags one has a snap closure I believe these items he gave to men in the service That needed a little extra prayer There is a cotton bag with rope ties Inside are three complete antique rosaries In the snap case there is Four scapulars Another Sacred Heart preyer badge Also nineteen medal They are all the same St. Helen of the cross The back reads: Sta Elena De La Cruz Rogad Por Nosotros Ste Helen Of The Cross Pray For Us Made in Italy There are six booklet One under plastic to be used with saying the Mass The Liturgy of the word of God The Liturgy of the Eucharist ~~ There is a booklet Prayer Book for Catholic Servicemen Service prayer book For Catholic Soldiers, Sailors and Marines ~~ Rosary Novenas to Our Lady ~~ Perpetual Novena to the Sacred Heart Jesus and St. Jude ~~ Priest and People Co-operate In Holy Mass There is a tri fold Icon of Mary and Jesus It is in bad shape but, was inside and I believe it should go with the kit The size is 4 5/8" by 8 1/2" In the compartment in the top of the case is: Plastic covered Vesting Prayers A Rare IHS stole It is about 88" long with the fringe There are four altar clothes with red cross on them Various sizes There are two larger altar clothes The altar clothes are clean They were in a bag and a note was inside the bag This is why they are clean Note reads: Please put this package in the black Chaplains ??? case When it is returned here to our office on Sunday am or pm.
