This is a really attractive and eye catching old high back saddle–it is in very clean–supple–using condition–it has the old golden brown patina to it–it may have been made by Kansas City Saddlery–not sure but there is a K. S. C. mark and #490 on latigo holder–it has a 5.5 in. high cantle and the seat as shown in photo measures 15.5 when measured from base of horn to inside edge of cantle–above hole in seat it will measure 15 in..-the skirt is 27-3/4 in. long–the fenders are all there and have not been cut down–the cinch rings are leather covered–original lace up stirrup leathers–the fleece is in poor condition–this will make a great saddle to collect or ride for mounted shooting–thanks for looking…….
