is a carving in ox bone which should be in a museum. The pictures tell the story here, and you will not be disappointed if you are the lucky winner of this auction. Other than some scratches and wear on the custom-made base, I have noted no condition issues with the piece. However, with as much detail as is concluded, I cannot rule out some very minor losses that did not stand out enough for me to note them. Please inspect the pictures carefully.
I doubt that carvings of this size, quality and condition come up for auction
very often, and probably even more rarely are offered without reserve!
This ox horn displays beautifully and would become by default the centerpiece of most collections. It is a Fine
and Impressive piece to add to your collection.
