Civil War Cover Envelope 1865 Nashua Hampshire Vintage Antique Paper 65 Old

Civil

An original cover envelope from the Treasury Department, Second Auditor’s Office. It has the send to address of Nashua New Hampshire. It looks like it is postmarked Feb 11 1865.  Inside there is a document from the pension office dated Febr. 11 1865. It mentions a claim of Ann McCaffrey for pension, I think this was a wife or relative of a Civil War soldier.

The envelope has some wear and pieces missing, the document has around a one inch tear.
