MEDAL
This campaign badge was enacted by the (the Imperial edict No.
203 ) Japan-Germany War(Siege of Tsingtao)
November 6, Taisho 3-9(1914-1920) And it is the medal with which Siberian
Intervention was merged. There is a flag of the flag of the army and the
navy under imperial chrysanthemum crest. Kanji of four embossing written to bar
of Ribbon is read with War Medal. It is written to this wooden case as Taisho
3-9 years War Medal. And Kanji of two lines of Taisho 3-9 year Campaign is
written to the reverse side of a medal.
SECOND SINO-JAPANESE WAR MEDAL
This medal is a 1937 –
1945 China
Incident medal (this was an undeclared war)created by Imperial Edict No. 496
on July 27, 1939. Kanji of four embossing written to bar of Ribbon is read with
War Medal. Three mountains and seas are designed by the reverse side of the
medal. Four Kanji can be read with the China incident. There is a flag of the
flag of the army and the navy under imperial chrysanthemum crest. And front
birds are Yatagarasu. Yatagarasu is that led Emperor Jimmu through the mountains
during his Eastern Expedition in the winter of 601
A.D.
