This is an awesome piece of industrial history which is still very functional! It is a vintage hat stretcher/sizer. Its metal plate (though worn) reads, “garve deluxe New York.” The mechanism works smoothly and well and it appears to be all intact. The metal plate does show pitting/wear (the top size numbers are most visible) and the grip handle has chrome/finish loss, as does the wooden base (paint loss.) Overall, it is in good, used condition and could be put back into service stretching hats or put on display for that cool industrial chic decor! : $25.00
