BRAND/MAKE: INTERNATIONAL WATCH COMPANY SCHAFFHAUSEN SWISS MEN’S ANTIQUE WRIST WATCH 1912.MODEL NAME: WRISTWATCH.
CASE MADE OF/AND SIZE: NEW CUSTOM MADE SILVERED case. Size: Diameter 49 mm (1.96 in) (not counting the crown). Lug to lug is 58 mm (2.32 in). Thickness 14.5 mm (0.58 in). Good condition.
CASE BACK: Case with exibition back lid with plastic glass. Good condition.
DIAL COLOR: Bronze ton military style dial, with black color arabic numbers. Small second dial at 9. Dial has been professionally restored by the master.
MECHANISM: IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN Swiss made pocket watch movement#: 529491, Cal. + 31457 and +D64025. Working very good, very clean. This beautiful antique wristwatch has the original movement in an excellent status which was very well saved, considering age of this watch. Mechanism has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping great, accurate time. Antique and vintage watches generally experience an error of up to 5-10 minutes a day. Any accuracy of +,- 5 minutes is very good.
HANDS: Dark blue color hands.
CLASS/CRYSTAL: DOME MINERALE GLASS.
CROWN/PUSH BUTTONS: SILVER ton setting crown (with a push time set button).
BRACELET/STRAP: 20 mm (0,80 in) – as a gift for you.

1868, American Florentine Ariosto Jones partners with Johann Heinrich Moser to establish, International Watch Company IWC in Schaffhausen, Switzerland where they can harness the power of the Rhein falls for energy.
1869, International Watch Company IWC produces the Caliber Jones movement, one of the first to be wound with a crown.
1890, International Watch Company IWC creates its first Grand Complication pocket watch comprised of more then 1,300 parts.
1900, International Watch Company IWC becomes a supplier to the British Royal Navy and the Imperial German Navy.
1940, International Watch Company IWC works tirelessly to create a fully antimagnetic watch for aviators. It houses an inner iron case. The company launches its Portuguesier collection of oversized watches.
1954, International Watch Company IWC develops an automatic rewinding mechanism and positions it in its Ingenieur collection.
1978, The company forms a bond with Ferdinand Porsche that will last 20 years, wherein IWC creates Porsche design watches by International Watch Company IWC.
1985, International Watch Company IWC creates the Da Vinci, the first watch to house a revolutionary perpetual calendar mechanism that is accurate for 500 years.
1990, The Grand Complication wristwatch is born. With 659 parts it is the most complex watch of its era.
1997, The GST collection of sport watches is launched.
1998, The Aquatimer makes its debut. This is the first watch to be water resistant to 2,000 meters.
2000, The Caliber 5000 is a seven day automatic movement with IWC’s patented Pellaton winding system.
2003, The Big Pilot’s Watch with the calibre 5000 movement is launched. It offers 8.5 days of autonomy and features a device that stops the movement after seven days to assure precision.
2004, The brand make public the incredible Portuguese Perpetual Calendar with the Caliber 5000 and Pellaton winding system. The patented watch offers representation of the moon’s phases in the northern and southern hemispheres.
