Excellent Antique 11 Shell Cameo 10K Yellow Gold Bracelet Ca 1910
Description
At auction is an excellent hand carved shell cameo bracelet which features 11 unique shell cameos set in 10K yellow gold. The cameos are oval and measure 5/8" long, 1/2" wide, and the length of the bracelet is 7." The cameos range in color from almost white on white, to pink, orange and brown. Each shell is uniquely carved and no two cameos are identical in the size of the image or the decpiction of the woman. 7 face right and 4 face left. The cameos are securely bezel set and the bracelet has a safety chain and a secure closure.
The piece is not marked, but it is guaranteed as described. It weighs 12 grams of gold and cameos together and is in fine condition with no cracked, chipped or repaired cameos. The closure works well and is secure. A quality piece from ca. 1900-1910. Thanks for looking.
