An original Civil War document.At the top it says, “List Of Quartermaster’s Stores, &c., Recd by Norman Perkins Lt & A.C.S U.S. Army from A.J. Clements Lieut and Q.M………….at Summerville S.C., on the 8th day of June, 1865.” Right below it has account information for supplies. The document is signed at the bottom.
The document is in very good condition with some light wear.
