Beautiful antique 14K white gold filigree ring with nicely carved shell cameo of a woman wearing a diamond necklace. The ring is clearly marked “PAT. PEND. 14K”. It approx. measures to be a size 6 and the cameo is approx. 3/4″ x 3/8″. The ring is in very good condition with only light wear from normal light use, otherwise no chips, no cracks, no breaks or repairs – (please view all photos for the best representation of quality and condition).
