Up for bids is this estate Victorian Pink Sapphire Ring set in 10k Rose Gold. The Pink Sapphire is approx. 1.50ct. and is simulated, not a natural stone, it has been tested. Gorgeous fire from this very clear stone. The stone does show light wear under magnification, not seen by the naked eye, as can be seen in photos. It weighs 1.8g. and is a size 5.5. Gold content has not been tested. Ring is not hallmarked for gold content, only has a G with an arrow through it. Victorian rings were not required to have gold hallmarks until the 1880s. This ring is older than that.
