You Never Know What you Might Find!

A Beautiful Early American Pressed Glass Pedestal Cake Plate is
up for auction. This Wonderful Antique Pedestal cake Plate is made out of
very thick, high quality, crystal clear glass, both the top & funnel shaped base are decorated with a truly eye-catching molded in glass ‘tie style’ design, it is accented with a hexagon shaped stem with lots of nicely molded details, and all of the surfaces have been finished with a super glossy shine that one might associated with cut crystal. This Cake Plate is very large in size with nice weight at 3 1/4 pounds, it measures 6 1/2 inches in height, by an impressive 10 3/8 inches in diameter across the top rim, by 5 5/8 inches in diameter across the concave foot, and it is not signed with a manufacturing mark, and try as I might I haven’t been able to identify this pattern in any of my reference books, so I have attached lots of photos to assist with the proper identification of the pattern & maker. This Pedestal Cake Plate is in Excellent Used Condition, there are some visible swirling scratches on the topside, a small factory tag of glass on the stem (please see photos), and that’s it, this Plate is in Great shape with no chips, cracks, nicks, bruises, staining, repairs, or other scratches, the rims and all of the facet cut surfaces are Flawless, and the glass is super Shiny & Bright.
This is a Wonderful Early American Pressed Glass Pedestal Cake Plate, it displays
Beautifully, and I
believe the Winning Bidder is going to be Very Pleased with the
condition, it is sure to be a most Welcome addition to your Collection!

  The Winning Bidder
will
not be disappointed with the Quality of this item, I try to run a
straightforward site without a lot of rules and reading to do, all
buyers are
treated with respect, they receive a carefully packaged parcel, and I
have
photographed all of the actual products that I have up for auction so
what you
see in the photos is what you will receive in the mail. I almost always ship
within 24 hours of receiving payment because I go to the post office daily, and all sales are final but
I will be happy to refund the total cost of any item plus shipping if I
have
inadvertently misrepresented the item in my description. Please
contact me if Paypal is not
your preferred method of payment so we can devise an alternative method (I am very flexible).

International Charges are calculated for Insured USPS Priority Mail International, and I’m sorry but Priority Mail International
is the only service I will use for international shipments because 4
pounds is the maximum weight for First Class International and it’s the
only way I can insure your package. Also: Many
times there are delays in delivery due to customs & the weather
that I cannot control (airports being snowed in for days on end, tornadoes, and
volcano ash comes to mind), any
additional taxes, tariffs, custom charges, etc. that are due at pick-up
are the buyer’s responsibility and need to be completely paid for by
the buyer, and I do not falsify US customs forms.

Thank
You for reading my ad, and I wish you the best of luck in your pursuits!
