this may be from the turn of the century. the only thing i can find that looks a little newer is the tuning pegs. they look like ebony or bakelite? not sure but guitar has a wood nut that measures about 47mm or 1 3/4 in. is very light like it has dried for years. the wood has shrunk but is mostly there. there is a little missing from small bout, treble side as seen in picture. one brace missing for smaller bout as seen inside sound hole. looks like fix braces, glue down top and bottom where needed, fill in wood, and add strings and tune you are ready. usually these old guitars have the brightest mellow sound and this one is no different.
