Here is a nice little lot of antique items for a dealer or collector! This lot of items is USED!! Here is the list: an English, large, wooden thread or wool spool–9″ long, an antique, primitive, carved wood shoe, an antique, primitive, wood carved “pipe?”, a wooden, primitive, folk art donkey, 2 antique, English, lace-making bobbins, one has glass beads, an antique, silverplate thimble, an antique pair of sewing scissors, 3 cukoo clock weights, an old & shabby, little red hen–rubber, and 4 beautiful pieces of silverplate (3 tiny spoons, 1 sugarcube tongs.) Items are all antique or at least vintage, USED, and with minor defects, but still could be for resale or collections. The wooden spool is Made in England and does have some denting on the wood and metal, the wooden shoe is very interesting; it is nicely carved though I don’t know where…It has a black mark on the top, inside that could be ink, I don’t know–see pics. The “pipe” is just carved to look that way–it doesn’t have a hole for smoking–it’s just a piece of folk art. The donkey is wood and quite primitive; it is roughly painted–also see my pic. of its back. The lace bobbins are very nice–delicately carved; one has glass beads. The thimble is plated, I believe, and has a pretty design, the scissors seem very old—I don’t know what the metal is, but they are dark in color and say SH &D; one tip is slightly bent. The clock weights are heavy! All 3 are a bit different from one another. The red hen is old, rubber, & shabby! (Has some paint loss.) It is very small, but quite cute! The silverplate is pretty—3 tiny spoons (1 says Brazil silver, 1 Oneida Community, and 1 EPNS Made in England.) The tongs say Extra PR.NS Alp Sweden. They all have some wear and tarnish.
