A very strange fringe indeed! but really wonderful. It measures 5-1/2″ wide, and the length is 4 yards 9″. This if from France…and although there are no markings on pkg., I believe it is silk…and has gold metallic threads. Very “hair” like… I’m thinking this would be great for dolls, or toys…or??? It is on the original card.
Color is a dark chocolate brown with the gold metallic threads. Unused…. the first wrap could use a llittle steaming.
