Antique Egg Xact Egg Grading Scale
The Berkeley Xact Egg Scale is extremely hard to find.
The black painted cast metal beam & stand are attached to a stamped HEAVY sheet metal base. The base is engraved: “EGG XACT SCALES 935 DELAWARE ST. BERKELEY PAT. APP’L. FOR”. The beam is marked: “19 Oz” & “22 Oz”. There is a flip weight to be moved from side to side depending on the weight of the eggs. The egg holder swings at the end of the beam.
Weight tag attached to base with wire. “S-C” on one side & “30” on other side.

Condition: Used condition with wear to paint. Fairly clean.
