It takes 3 bulbs(Candelabra base). under the middle section and 1 bulb (candleabra base), in the upper section It’s complete and all original with the respective backing plate for mounting on the wall. Chrome is in excellent shape. Ready to go. These are well made and are very heavy. It has a push-on-push-off switch on the base. This is in fact all vintage original. Presumably out of a Casino. will be UPS w/ Tracking #. Price is for two only. will be combined if more are purchased. 3 more of these are available.
