Here is an old 18s Rockford Open Face Movement Tu-tone damaskeened – I believe this is 15 Jewel but not marked. It has a sharp Roman Porcelain dial and nice hands. Lever Set made in 1898. It runs Ok but has not been cleaned in many years. Movement only removed from a solid gold case. It was loose in the gold case as no case screws were present. This is sold as is with no return and shipped well cushioned in a stout box in USA for $9.00
