This model is called Leader from the early 1900s. The claw feet, lions heads, and column holders all in original condition. Black adamantine case with green marbleized trim has no touch ups or repairs all original condition. Case measures leg to leg 18 inches wide by 7 inches deep by 12 inches tall. Nice brass bezel with glass covers a 4 1/2 inch signed Seth Thomas dial with working fast/slow adjuster. Back wooden cover with brass access door to movement is original.
The original model 4 1/2 Seth Thomas 8 day time and strike movement has been cleaned, oiled, re-bushed and tested. It runs great and keep excellent time.
The original Seth Thomas dial, this is an excellent collectors item. Pendulum and the key are included.
