in a Presentation Box.
The Ring was Hand Made by English Manufacturing Jewellers Nathan Brothers (Maurice & Fredrick) of Vyse Street, Birmingham
and hallmarked as 9ct Gold (375) at Birmingham in 1891/92.
In Victorian Times Rubies symbolised Love and Passion while Pearls stood for Purity and Chastity hence them adorning an
Engagement Ring.
The Ring is in fairly Good Condition with 5 “Old Cut” Rubies and 7 Tiny Pearls (one is missing – there should be 8). It
could do with a Professional Clean.
I have used the Ernest Jones Ring Sizer chart (shown in the last photo) to give a UK Size “P”.
Comes in a New Heart shaped Presentation Box.
