Overall condition in my opinion would be okay. Lots of cosmetic wear as you can tell from the paint, but its almost a century old. Still looks nice don’t get me wrong but far from mint. The wheels turn and the coplers seem to work fine. Considering the age this might be good condition, but decide for yourself.
