You are (1) small “antique” picture frame with with a painted oil (or acrylic) on wood board reproduction of a prior work. The frame looks authentic from the front, but looking at the back reveals that its completely wood, not molded plaster, or whatever with gilt. 
The painting is real in the sense it is painted on wood board and is unsigned.  It depicts a rural landscape overlooking a lake. Nice. There is an inch long chip to the lower left corner to the frame, but is only visible from the back.
Its value is not as an art piece, but as decorative art. It would a very complimentary piece within a formal setting. Dimensions are 8″x6.75″ outside, and 3.5″x2.5″ inside. Please add $8.00 for postage and delivery confirmation.
