RARE Antique Vintage Original McCoy Pelican Ceramic Cookie Jar
This Beautiful Mid-Century McCoy Cookie Jar is fashioned in the shape of a pelican. This piece is unique because it was handmade in the USA by skilled artisans, decorated and hand finished. The item is All Original.
There are is a small chip on the edge of the lid, (see pictures). The body of the jar is in good used condition. The jar shows normal wear especially in the painted areas as most of it has worn off, (see pictures). But then again it's what gives it character, and you wouldn't really expect a 60 year old item to not show it's age would you? The cookie jar measures 8"W x 10.5"H and weighs 4 lbs.
This is a great item for any collector of McCoy or cookie jars.
