Will be a small handling fee charged. — I don’t know much aboout this item or subject but it seems to have all the original working parts. I didn’t try to fire it up. It is USED but seems to be still fuctional. The arm still has good snap, the wheel turns free, wick is still in good shape. fill cap is easy to remove and it sill has the spare flint keeper !! — No visible manufacture’s mark that I can see but I know nothing about this subject. — Contact : Mike 615 838 3six96 (I do not text.)
