Victorian dating from 1870 or earlier. Veneered in figured walnut in top class condition with flawless tunbridge bands on the top and front and with a sloping tunbridge banded edge . The centre piece is mother of pearl with a tunbridge surround and it has a matching key plate .French polished by myself ,by hand, the old fashioned way. Lined with a designer pale parchment paper with a tiny motif which is perfect for the period.
