Here is a very rare signed LIMBERT oak lamp base in virtually untouched never messedwith in any way condition…..All original finish and patina including all four Hubbell pull chain sockets with original interiors and acorn pulls. All sockets click nicely but havent been tested. I have been an arts and crafts collector since 1970 and have never seen this form come up at auction or at any show. Its pictured an Don merek and Steven Greys book LIMBERT FURNITURE on Pg. 7 .It is also pictured in the color plate in the original advertising booklet called Limberts book no.119 called bedroon and sleeping porch..( That page didnt get reproduced in the reprint.} The lamp is signed with the burned in mark on the bottom of one foot under the rusty foot protector tack so you know its real. Condition is Very good ,…only one tiny ding at the top of one corbel and a few little paint specks from someone painting a ceiling sometime back… . The pictures should show pretty much everything but if I missed something ,ask and I will answer but dont wait till the end. If you need another or better picture let me know… SHIPPING…..
