For your consideration an antique c.1905 La Provence ship sign. Fresh from a local estate. The sign is made of metal and single sided. It is embossed. The bottom edge is rusted. The La Provence was the first ship to receive the Titanics distress call. She was torpedoed and sank in 1916 during World War I. It measures 39″ in width by 27″ in height. An excellent addition to any advertising collection or if you just want to own a really neat old sign. I am selling this item with no reserve.
