Antique Goodell-Pratt Company, TOOLSMITHS, made in Greenfield Massachusetts, vise clamps. Beautiful wood handle, tool appear to have never been used. Tool measures 9.5 inches from handle to end of vise. The handle spins freely with the clamp opening to a total of 1 3/4 inches. I am not sure what this tool was specifically used for but it is an amazing condition.
