1. We ship to worldwide via economic Airmail by default. Usually delivery takes about 1~2 weeks for Asian buyers and 2~3 weeks for most other international buyers.
For some other destinations, like South America, Italy, Greece, Cyprusit, it may take up to 30 days or even more.The shipment would be delayed in busy season, such as Christmas.
2. We also can ship items via DHL/EMS/UPS as buyer’s requirement, but the shipping fees would be much higher.
3. All items will be shipped to the address listed in your PayPal. If you want to change the address, please contact us after payment cleared.
4. We may not send your product on Sunday or during official holidays in China.
5. You may have to pay import tax, customs duty. But generally you don’t need to pay because we send package as small gift with a lower value declared.
6. We will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. If your order is returned to us due to wrong address, refusal to pay customs fee, refusal to accept order,
we will subtract shipping fee and costs and then we will refund your remaining money back to you. If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
7. If carrier cannot find you on your address, they will wait a few days and then your product will return back to us. If you want us to send again, the new expenses will be added.
Refunds and Exchanges:
1. If you don’t like the items when you receive the parcel, just feel free to contact with us. All questions will be replied within 24 hours. We’ll arrange the replacement or give you the refund. But you would be responsible for the returning shipping fees.
2. Please send email to us before you return the product. We want to be informed to fasten the process.
3. You should return the product as the received form. Product packing must be same, original. We don’t accept the products if it is impossible to sell again.
4. After we receive the product back, in 5 days we will refund your money.
