Lovely Vintage Chiltern teddy bear, dating from c. 1950s,
made of golden mohair plush,
feels to be soft stuffed throughout the body and wood-wool in the head,
fully jointed,
has got dark amber and black plastic eyes,
black moulded nose,
inverted V shape mouth stitching, which, I believe, is a replacement,
original rexine pads in well loved condition, rexine cracked and worn in places,
no claws stitching,
has got non-working squeker in the chest.
Teddy is approx. 16” tall.
Condition – teddy bear is in well loved vintage condition with general wear and balding patches. Mohair covering approx. 75-80%.
