Up for sale is a very beautiful Elgin Rail Road 21 ruby jewels high grade pocket watch that was made in 1900. This is one of the most beautiful movements I have seen. This watch has just been serviced ( all parts removed, cleaned, inspected, and oiled) . The watch is in very good running condition and it keeps good time. The movement is very beautiful! The movement has 21jewels, adjusted to 5 positions, ruby jewels, lever set, a high grade regulator, beautiful demaskeened plate, solid gold balance weights, and solid gold jewel cups. The dial is in good condition, has a hairline, and a edge flake repair at the 6 position. The gold filled case is in fair condition. The case has no brass that I can see and it has normal pocket wear. The lids screw on as they should but the front bezel is a little tough. The watch has a beautiful thick glass crystal. This watch is ready to display!

: These watches are very old! If you buy a Verge pocket watch, over 200 years old, don’t expect to carry the watch daily and it keep perfect time. These watches are meant for museums and display! They can be carried and used but they are no Rolex! The verge design is not a good one but great 300 years ago.

will be USPS Express anywhere outside the USA! The watch will have the exact value on the customs form and it will be insured.
