Vintage / Antique Hand Stitched Quilt ca 1900-1920
Really eye-catching antique quilt 80″ x 56″. We searched all of the pattern-name indexes we came across, and have no idea what the pattern is called, or even if it has a name. All of the stitching that we can see is hand-done including the quilting.
From the look of the cloth and the patterns, we’re assuming it to be early 1900’s
condition: Generally Excellent. Clean and no holes or seam separations. There are a couple of varieties of cloth used in some of the diamonds which are “stringy” and the threads have separated along the length of the fabric section (see photo 5 for an example).
