This is a beautiful item and a bit of a mystery, I’d say it’s genuine shell cameo set into a very very ornate gold coloured metal, I can’t see any stamps but there is a 5 and what looks like a 305 as well, this could well be a pawnbrokers set of numbers as it certainly has some age, around the actual cameo is a an oval circle of faux seed pearls. In perfect pre owned antique condition, it does need a good clean and measuring 1 1/2″ long, a lovely unusual and very intricate pendant.
