Vintage 6 Foot Long Jens Risom FLOATING BENCH Mid Century Danish Modern Walnut EXCELLENT
Description
Rare 6 foot long upholstered walnut “floating” bench by Jens Risom. Purchased from the original owner, bench is in for its age. Solid walnut base with original curved & button tufted rust / orange vinyl upholstery. Bench measures approximately 73” long, 18 ¼” wide, and 16 ½” tall. It shows a few minor scuffs and marks from age, but no holes, stains, or damage – see photos for detail. A wonderful Danish Modern piece, very hard to find in this condition!
Due to the size of the piece, it is being offered with free pickup on the northwest side of Chicago. I can ship via Greyhound – email me for a shipping quote, and include the location (city & state) of the Greyhound station closest to you (you will have to pick it up at that station).
Payment
Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction.
Illinois residents to add an additional 9.50% sales tax.
High bidder pays for actual shipping cost. You are always welcome to pick up items at my location in Chicago.
If outside of U.S., do not bid unless you are willing to pay all shipping costs and customs fees incurred – email me for shipping costs before you bid!
NOTE: I NO LONGER SHIP TO ITALY – too many packages have been lost!
