ANTIQUE VINTAGE VICTORIAN ART DECO SILVER FILIGREE CARVED CAMEO PANEL BRACELET
Estate find! Beautiful Antique Vintage Victorian / Edwardian/ Art Deco / Art Nouveau Style Highly Detailed Silver Filigree Carved Lady Head Cameo Segment Panel Bracelet. Bracelet was sold to me as being Sterling Silver, but since it is unmarked, I cannot say for certain. It may be another grade of silver such as 800 silver or coin silver. Definitely not some plated type metal. The carved lady head cameo settings look like shell to me, but I am no expert…they may be a very good imitation made from celluloid or another similar material. Bracelet is very detailed and well done! It is very old. It has an unusual antique style clasp I have never seen before. Instead of the straight pin style clasp which simply slides in/out, this pin clasp screws in and is extremely secure as a result. Bracelet measures 7 1/2" long x 1 1/4" wide. In excellent antique / vintage condition. Has a bit of nice blackened age patina. Silver has a lovely mellow glow. Looks amazing left as-is.
