This lot consists of one Tiffany acorn pillbox. This is the real deal.  The item is made from sterling silver with gold gilded interiors.

The “acorn” top originally was gilded on the outside with gold, but over time has rubbed off some. 

The bottom piece is solid silver and fits into the top snugly, very high quality, just what you would expect from a vintage Tiffany.

This belonged to my grandmother and I am afraid to try and clean it so am selling it.

I believe this is an early piece as later acorns were marked out the ouside of the lower section.

The top is marked on the inside “TIFFANY&CO.” and “STERLING'”  .

Weight is 21.3 grams, 1.75″ total height.
