It is the medium size opening and it comes with new replacement caps. 2 lbs Priority Mail and that does not include insurance. Due to the fragile nature of these items, and websiteS policies restricting sellers to protect themselves from Post Office induced damage I have to charge a 3.00 handling fee to cover potential damage.
