This is a wonderful antique “Banjo” shaped glass apothecary candy jar! The neck and lid are both ground.It measures about 13-1/2″ tall to the top of the lid, without the lid a little over 9-1/2″ tall, circular part is about 5-3/4″ wide X 2-7/8″ deep. The pedestal jar does have one chip on the rim which can be seen in the photo (#5) and 1 area of flea bites on the interior bottom of base. Other than that is in very good condition. The glass is clear with a few normal air bubbles and straw marks. This rare antique candy jar would make a great gift or addition to your collection! Please don’t hesitate to ask . Thanks!
